When I Decided to move to Miami
from New York City, I though that purchasing a condominium right
away would be nearly impossible. Toby Spill quickly changed my mind.

I never felt like I was wasting my time. During the entire process

Properties definitely decreased the amount of stress associated

Toby took care of the closing and sale and did a fantastic job. I never was concerned about the sale or the closing which is difficult because I was 1,200 miles away from Gainesville.
